Brent price falls 3.5% to $60.45, record low since November 2017

MOSCOW, Nov 23 (PRIME) -- The Brent price fell 3.45% to U.S. $60.45 per barrel at 1:39 p.m. Moscow time on Friday, reaching a record low since November 3, 2017, according to the data of trade.

WTI decreased 5.22% to $51.81 per barrel.
